This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds related to our wedding photography services. 1. Cancellation Policy

a. Booking Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we require written notification, preferably via email, as soon as possible.

- The booking amount is non-refundable, but you have the option to reschedule the date.

b. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your wedding/corporate event, please contact us at least 15 days before the original date. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on our availability.

 

2. Refund Policy

a. Non-Performance: In the unlikely event that PhotoClicking (Lifeshots Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.) is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., photographer's illness, equipment failure), we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

b. Unforeseen Circumstances: If you, as the client, need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, family emergencies, or other significant reasons beyond your control, we will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.

c. No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you or your party fail to appear at the scheduled event without prior notice or cancel at the last minute, no refunds will be provided.

 

3. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed in the following manner:

- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.

- The refund process may take 45 days to complete, depending on your payment provider.
