1. Booking and Payment

a. Booking Confirmation: To secure our photography services for your wedding, a non-refundable deposit of 30% are required. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

b. Payment Schedule: Clients are required to pay 30% of the total cost at the time of booking, followed by 50% on the date of their event/wedding. The remaining 20% is to be settled on delivery. Failing to submit any payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of our services, and the deposited amount will not be refunded.

 

2. Event Details

a. Event Date and Time: You agree to provide accurate event details, including the date, time, and location of your wedding. Any changes to these details should be communicated to us as soon as possible.

b. Cooperation: You and your party will cooperate with our photographers to capture the best moments. We are not responsible for missed shots due to the lack of cooperation or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Photography Services

a. Photographer: We will assign a professional photographer to capture your wedding. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a replacement photographer of equal skill and expertise.

b. Creative Control: Our photographers have creative control over the images they capture. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, artistic and technical decisions are at the photographer's discretion.

c. Delivery: We will provide edited digital images within [X weeks/months] after your wedding date. The exact number of images may vary based on the package you choose.

 

4. Copyright and Usage

a. Ownership: We retain the copyright to all images taken during your event/wedding. Third parties must obtain a license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as printing and sharing online.

b. Commercial Use: Commercial use of the images (e.g., selling to third parties) without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Liability

a. Limitation: While we take utmost care in providing photography services, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, equipment failures, or other events beyond our control.

b. Damages: Our liability for any direct or indirect damages is limited to the amount paid for our services.

 

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal information.

 

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
